The most delicious and creamy homemade Alfredo Sauce is the best recipe out there and that you will ever make. This alfredo sauce is thick and creamy and the flavor is out of the world. It is restaurant quality that you can make right at home. It has delicious garlic flavor and Italian seasonings. I like to add Cheddar Cheese to my Alfredo for that extra creamy flavor and texture. This Alfredo sauce always gets raved about whenever I make it. This pasta is undoubtedly is your best filling meal. So enjoy this wonderful combination of pasta and cheese with the goodness of veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup pasta boiled
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 tbsp butter
  4. 1/2 cup Soft Cheddar Cheese
  5. 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 1/2 tsp Oregano
  8. 1/2 Red capsicum,1/2 Green capsicum,1/2 Yellow capsicum (Optional)
  9. 1/2 cup boiled yellow corns
  10. few basil leaves
  11. parmesan cheese


  1. In a pan, add a dollop of butter.
  2. Then add all purpose flour and garlic paste to the butter and mix well.
  3. Once the color darkens slightly, add the milk and let it come to a boil.
  4. Then add the cheddar cheese to it. Cheddar Cheese will give the sauce very rich and smooth texture. Mix well to combine.
  5. Now add the boiled yellow corn, capsicums, fresh basil leaves, salt & pepper and dry oregano to the sauce.
  6. Add the boiled pasta to the sauce and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Spread some Parmesan Cheese over the pasta.
  8. Pasta is now ready to eat !
