Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Roasted Bengal Gram - 1/2cup
  2. Sugar as per taste
  3. Cardamom powder - a pinch
  4. Milk - 250ml
  5. Pepper a pinch
  6. Ghee

Instructions

  1. Roast the gram in a pan with a little ghee
  2. Grind the roasted bengal gram with a sugar
  3. Boil the milk well
  4. Before adding powdered mixture to the milk, mix the powdered content with a small quantity of milk till no lumps are formed
  5. Then add the mixed content to the milk and stir well as no lumps are formed Add cardamom powder to the porridge
  6. Finally add some pepper
  7. Garnish the porridge with a melted ghee on top
