Cheesy rice fritters

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boiled left over rice 1 cup
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
  3. curd 1/2 cup or to grind
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  5. cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  6. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Mozzarella cheese cubes into tiny cubes
  9. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup


  1. In a blender add 1 cup of rice, curd, all the spices including salt and pepper and grind them fully. Until you get mashy consistency. It looks like messy now.
  2. Transfer them to the air tight container and close the lid
  3. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours .
  4. After 2 hours it will be thick like a semi dough.
  5. Make a small cup place the cheese cubes into it and seal it and make again a ball shape.
  6. Like that make all the balls. Keep it in the freezer for 5 to 7 mins .
  7. Dust with bread crumbs and fry them until golden brown!!
  8. Serve with any dip of your choice!!!
