Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 egg
  2. 600 gram basmati rice
  3. 3-4 elaichi
  4. one piece black elaiche
  5. 1 stick cinnamon
  6. 4 loung
  7. 2 teaspoon biryani masala
  8. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  9. one teaspoon Garam Masala
  10. food colour
  11. 4 teaspoon ghee
  12. Salt according to taste
  13. 3 medium onion
  14. 1 medium garlic
  15. 2-3green chilli
  16. 1 inch adrak


  1. first boil the water add rice and also add whole khadha masala, salt . Cook the rice when it become untill one canache
  2. Strain the rice, and spead it. Add food colour in your choice , i use red, orange, kesariya, yellow. Colour
  3. Take pan add 4 tps oil, when its become hot add onion garlic fry it and make a paste you also blend all khadha masala which boil in rice
  4. And again Fry it untill become golden, add biryani masala, corriader, green chilli, kashmiri mirch, mix no add water , when masala leave the oil you add boil fry egg and mix it .
  5. Now take a pot add gee , spread rice layer some corriander , mint leaves or garam masala add egg curry layer, now again rice layer spread corriander, mint garam masala layer spead ghee , again egg curry at last rice layer spead ghee in good quantity.
  6. Steam the rice for 5 min in slow flame
