ABOUT Tuna coleslaw toast RECIPE

Smoked Tuna flakes canned in brine , cole slaw with greens n tomatoes cut fine blended with fish flakes well n filled in Toasted breads Great , light evening snack quick to set n serve.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. I can Tuna flaked fish in brine
  2. I small tomato
  3. 1 cup shreded cabbage capsicum mix
  4. A twig of parsley
  5. 100 gms Garlic Mayo Fun foods/plain mayo wil do too
  6. Low fat butter or ny of your choice
  7. 6 slices brown bread or bread of ur choice

Instructions

  1. Remove Fish frm brine n kp in bowl
  2. Open up flakes n dry out ny liquid in the fish
  3. Add to the fish chopped veggies of choice ,I took tomato cabbage n capsicum
  4. Season with salt pepper
  5. Mix in this the mayo well making a filling
  6. Toast breads in toaster or OTG as suits butter them lightly
  7. Place the ready filling spread well cover with another Toast to form sandwich
  8. Cut out asap n serve fresh
