  1. Pasta 150gms
  2. Milk 1/2 ltr
  3. Condense milk 3tsp
  4. Ghee 2 tsp
  5. Suagr 50gms
  6. Sliced badam 2tsp
  7. Pista sliced 2tsp
  8. Kismis 2tsp
  9. Cardom powder half tsp
  10. Saffron strands 5


  1. Boil the water put pasta (macaroni) boil and starin
  2. Heat container put ghee fri as drifruit sliced
  3. Then pour milk
  4. Keep boil add boiled strained pasta
  5. Keep boil once pasta soften add condense milk
  6. Add cardom powder..then add chopped drifruit pices
  7. Once payasam ut should be thick and gets nice aroma
  8. Ready to serve
