Another creamy tasty pasta that my kids love

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Elbow pasta - 250 gms
  2. Mushrooms - 400 gms (washed and cut into slices)
  3. Capsicum- 1 cut into slices
  4. onion- 2 finely chopped
  5. Tomato- 2 finely chopped
  6. Sweet Corn - 1/2 cup
  7. Ginger & garlic - 1 tbspn( both finely chopped)
  8. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tspn
  9. Red chilly powder- 1 tspn(adjust to taste)
  10. Black pepper powder- 1/4 tspn
  11. Jeera powder-1/4 tspn
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Tandori mayo sauce - 2 tbspn
  14. Milk - 1/2 cup
  15. Oil- 2 tbspn
  16. Coriander leaves for garnish
  17. Red chilly flakes - little for garnish(optional)

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl....Keep water to boil and boil the pasta... ....According to instructions given on the pack. Later drain and keep aside...
  2. Now in a deep pan put oil and when it's hot add chopped garlic and ginger....Fry for a minute
  3. Then add chopped onions saute well for a few minutes
  4. Then add the dry masala powders and mix well
  5. Later put salt and chopped tomatoes...Cook till soft
  6. Now add the sliced mushrooms....Cook on high flame for a few minutes...
  7. Then add sweet corn and sliced capsicum...Mix well and cook
  8. Now add tandoori mayo sauce and milk...Cook for a minute
  9. Then add the boiled pasta and mix gently...
  10. Turn off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves
  11. Serve hot ....Enjoy the mushroom pasta :heart_eyes:
