Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pasta 100 gms
  2. Button mushrooms 1 cup slit in half
  3. Chopped onion 1 big
  4. Chopped capsicum 1 medium
  5. Chopped garlic 1 tblspn
  6. Chopped tomato 1 medium
  7. Tomato sauce 3 tspn
  8. Vinegar 2 tspn
  9. Slit chillies 2
  10. Pepper 1 tspn
  11. Sugar 2 tspn
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Origano 1 tspn
  14. Aji no moto 1/2 tspn (optional)


  1. Boil, drain and run pasta under cold water. Keep in fridge.
  2. Boil mushroom with salt and drain water.
  3. Heat white oil, add garlic and 1 tspn sugar. Toss well
  4. Add chopped onion, capsicum and fry nicely.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer and cook.
  6. Add salt, pepper, green chillies and 1 tspn sugar. Mix well.
  7. Add mushrooms and stir.
  8. Sprinkle vinigar and keep stirring.
  9. Add 1 cup water, cover and simmer.
  10. When gravy thickens, add the pasta and mix well. Add origano.
  11. Sprinkle aji no moto and cover for a few mins (optional)
  12. Serve hot
