Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup Besan
  2. 2 tbsp Oats
  3. 1 tbsp rawa/suji
  4. 1 tbsp curd
  5. 1 tbsp grated ginger
  6. Few chopped green chillies
  7. 1 tbsp chopped coriander +mint
  8. 1 tbsp chopped mint
  9. Finely chopped beans 5 to 8
  10. Capsicum 1 small, chopped
  11. Vegetables as per choice
  12. 1 to 2 finely chopped onions
  13. 1 chopped tomato
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. Red chilli as per taste
  16. Garam Masala as per taste
  17. A pinch of ajwain as per choice
  18. A pinch of soda

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except salt and baking soda.
  2. Chop tomatoes and keep separately to add later.
  3. Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Add salt just before preparing.
  5. Add some water to the batter and adjust to make a pouring consistency.
  6. Grease the pan or a non stick tawa.
  7. Pour 1 tbsp of batter, after 2 to 3 minutes when the lower side gets brown in color, add chopped tomatoes with a few drops of oil.
  8. Flip carefully and roast for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Roast well on both sides and transfer them in a plate. Serve hot with chutney, sauce and salad.
