    Ingredients to make Veggie discs

    • Bread - 1 pack
    • tomatoes 2, chopped
    • butter - 1 tsp
    • shimla mirch 2, chopped
    • onion 2, chopped
    • Cheese as per liking (3 to 4 cubes)
    • paneer - 100 gms
    • Salt and pepper as per taste
    • tomato sauce 2 tsp
    • Mix herbs: Oregano, thyme, basil etc
    • coriander Leaves 1/2 cup

    How to make Veggie discs

    1. In a bowl add all the vegetables, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, tomato sauce and mix it well.
    2. In another bowl take butter, tomato sauce and mix it well. Cut the bread slices with a sharp cutter.
    3. Each bread slices is to be used as a base. Spread the butter sauce spread on the bread.
    4. In the centre add the prepared filling. Place in a pre heated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.
