ABOUT Pasta Salad RECIPE

This salad is made with avocado and tomato dressing.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup pasta
  2. 2 ripe avocados
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. For dressing:- 5-6 ripe tomatoes
  5. 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  6. 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  7. 4 tbsp olive oil
  8. 5-6 basil leaves finely shredded
  9. 3 tbsp mixed fresh herbs ( oregano, parsley, mint, chervil)
  10. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. For dressing :- Combine all the ingredients for dressing and mix thoroughly.
  2. Leave to stand for at least 30 minutes before using.
  3. Salad:- Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until it is just tender to the bite.
  4. Train in a colander and rinse under cold running water.
  5. Train thoroughly and transfer to a bowl.
  6. Add the dressing to the pasta and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Just before serving have and stone the avocados. Peele and spice them .
  8. Then arrange on individual serving plates.
  9. Divide the dressed pasta salad between the plates.
