  15. Milk 1cup
  16. Butter 2tsp
  17. Maggi masala pazzta 2packets
  18. Flour 2tsp

  1. In a kadai add butter
  2. Once it's melted add the flour and and cook it in medium flame
  3. Once the raw smell leaves and starts to pile up add the pasta seasoning mix from Maggi that comes along with the pack
  4. If you are cooking without Maggi no need to add any for now .instead add 1/2tsp Italian seasoning at last
  5. Mix the masala well and start adding the warm milk one ladle at a time
  6. Keep on doing it keeping in mind there are no lumps before you add milk before each time
  7. It begin to get thick and saucy
  8. Personally I don't needed any seasonings or salt . If u wish you can add little salt or Italian seasoning (generally not needed)
  9. Cook pasta separately in boiling water till it's almost done or al dente
  10. Now add the shredded cheese and mix well
  11. add the pasta and give it a stir.
  12. You can see that it is really creamy at this stage.
  13. But once it starts to getting warm it will thick
  14. Mean time you can fry the paneer with little curry powder and salt(optional)
  15. Preheat oven to 200c
  16. Now once thick and bit warm you can start arranging for the base
  17. Take a adjustable cake mould and grease with a parchment paper
  18. Make sure it sticks well to the cake base
  19. Now put the Mac and cheese on it and spread it gently without any spaces in between
  20. And it's ok for one or more pasta to pile up on top
  21. But no spaces between them
  22. Now put it in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes and just the top get little dry and not too much
  23. Take it out and cool it well. You can see the top is not too sticky
  24. Now spread the pasta sauce on it with a back of spoon
  25. Now put both the cheese on top
  26. Start placing the toppings
  27. Also you can add any of your favourite toppings apart from the one I mentioned
  28. Now put it back on the preheated oven
  29. Bake it till the cheese melts for about 10 to 12 mins
  30. Take it out and cool a little for few minutes in a wire rack
  31. Now put Italian seasoning or chilli flakes on top and cut it with pizza cutter for better shape
