Used three types of bell peppers along with cottage cheese ,mozerella cheese very innovative delicious pasta

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Penne pasta 200 gram
  2. Cottage cheese 100 gram
  3. Mozerella cheese 100 gram
  4. Red ,yellow and green bell peppers 1 cup
  5. onions 2 pieces
  6. tomatoes 6 pieces
  7. Corn kenels 1/2 cup
  8. Garlic cloves 4...5
  9. Green chillies 2
  10. Mixed herbs 2 teaspoons
  11. Salt 2 teaspoons
  12. Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  13. tomato catch-up 2 tablespoons
  14. red chilli sauce 2 teaspoons
  15. Oil 2 tablespoons
  16. Cream 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta adding 2 glasses of water in which 1 teaspoon oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt is added
  2. Sieve it and keep aside
  3. Make pasta sauce in a pan Take tomato puree in a pan
  4. Keep this pan on medium heat
  5. Add garlic paste and chilli paste in it
  6. Add tomato sauce and chilli sauce in it
  7. Add mixed herbs ,salt and pepper powder in it
  8. Let it cook for 5 minutes
  9. Now turn off the flame and keep the sauce aside
  10. Now put a vok on heat
  11. Add oil
  12. Fry cottage cheese pieces and remove in a plate
  13. Add chopped onions and bell peppers
  14. Stir for 2 minutes
  15. Add boiled corn kennels
  16. Add boiled pasta in it
  17. Add pasta sauce we made earlier
  18. Add fried cottage cheese
  19. Add cream
  20. Mix well
  21. Add grated mozerella cheese
  22. Turn off the flame
  23. Serve hot
