Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ditalini pasta 150 gm
  2. Boneless mutton 100 gm
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. Yellow bell pepper 1
  5. Red bell pepper 1
  6. Butter 3 tbsp
  7. Red chilly flakes 1 tsp
  8. Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp


  1. In large pot bring lots of water to a boil in a Season with salt; add pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until about 2 minutes before tender.
  2. In a pressure cooker boil mutton with some salt ,ginger garlic paste and sufficient water till 3 whistles.
  3. When done switch off the flame and keep aside(do not dry water). We will use mutton pieces with its stock.
  4. melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Add chopped green bell pepper ,red bell pepper and cook, swirling pan, until toasted, about 1 minute.
  5. Add mutton with stock to skillet and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and remaining butter. 
  6. Cook till all moisture dries out, ad some( if required) salt and black pepper. Switch off the flame.
  7. Sprinkle some red chilly flakes.Serve immediately.
