Mutton Pepper Fry

Ingredients to make Mutton Pepper Fry

  • 1/2 kg mutton boiled (salt added)
  • 2 large onion sliced
  • 4 green chilli
  • 1 stick curry leaves
  • 13 to 15 black pepper corns
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon all spices powder
  • 1 tablespoon mutton masala
  • oil 1/2 cup

How to make Mutton Pepper Fry

  1. Put a tawa on gas and roast 6 to 7 black peppercorns, cumin seeds and coriander seeds and grind them into a powder.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. Add black pepper, curry leaves and green chilli.
  3. Add onion and saute till they turn brown.
  4. Add red chilly powder, all spices powder and mutton masala with little mutton stock.
  5. Now add boiled mutton with mutton soup and let them cook on medium flame for 5 to 7minutes.
  6. Add ground masala in it and cook on low flame till the water evaporates.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Lemon juice should be added.
