Awesome pulao in minutes when guest suddenly come and you have some left overs in fridge .Work wonders like this,pepper garam masala mutton do pyaaza is saute with some onion star anise some bay leaves., some left over steam rice mixed well and given a cover to steam all up togheter and blend too.Garnish with boiled eggs to add to taste and Makeover to the dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl of pepper masala mutton ready
  2. one bowl of steamed rice
  3. One big onion chopped
  4. Two cloves
  5. 1 star anise
  6. 2 Bay Leaves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tspn cummin corriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspn garam masaala
  10. one teaspoon pepper powder
  11. Half a lime
  12. Two boiled eggs
  13. One tablespoon oil
  14. one teaspoon ghee


  1. keep ingredients ready
  2. add oil to a pan
  3. Saute chopped onions with bay leaves star anise added
  4. Boil eggs on side
  5. add cooked mutton pieces now
  6. add salt , Cummin coriander powder and garam masala
  7. mix well and add left over steamed rice
  8. mix mutton and rice well ,adding a spoon of ghee to this
  9. Mix lightly to not break rice or mutton as they're tender o Already
  10. Peel boil eggs ,slice thick and round
  11. Remove the ready pulao in a rice plate
  12. Garnish with boiled egg slices and serve hot with pickle papad or sweet n sour pickles
