Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Spaghetti ANGLIO E OLIO
  2. Oil 4 Tsp
  3. Crushed garlic 6
  4. Crushed Basil Leaves
  5. Oregano 1sp
  6. Pepper powder 1/4tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. For Italian Tomato Sauce
  9. Oil 3tsp
  10. garlic cloves 12
  11. Red chilli flakes 1tsp
  12. Tomatoes 4
  13. sugar 1tsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Hot and sweet chilli sauce 1sp


  1. For Spaghetti ANGLIO. E OLIO : In a heavy bottomed pan bring water to boil and add salt.
  2. Add spaghetti and cook for 12 mins.
  3. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
  4. For Anglio E OLIO : in a pan combine oil and garlic and stir well
  5. Once garlic turns to golden brown add crushed basil leaves , oregano , pepper powder and salt and stir well.
  6. Now add in boiled spaghetti and combine well.
  7. For Italian Tomato Sauce : in a pan add oil and garlic .
  8. Add red chilli flakes , crushed basil , sugar to taste , salt and stir well
  9. Now add hot and sweet chilli sauce and chopped tomatoes and cook till they are soft.
  10. Now transfer this to a blender and make a smooth paste and keep aside.
  11. For plating ,: pour in Italian Tomato Sauce evenly on a plate.
  12. Place in twirled Spaghetti (with the use of fork) in the centre
  13. Garnish with Dehydrated tomatoes and basil leaves.
