Its easy, fast without ajinomoto and MSGs. Even small kids can eat it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken breast 500 gms (Cut in small bite size cubes)
  2. ginger and garlic, chopped 1 tbsp
  3. Green chillies 5-6
  4. Green capsicum 1 cup
  5. cabbage 1 cup
  6. carrot 1 cup
  7. Spring Onions 1 cup
  8. cornflour 2-3 tbsp
  9. maida 2 tbsp
  10. 1 egg
  11. Soya sauce as per taste
  12. Red chilli sauce as per liking
  13. tomato ketchup as desired
  14. vinegar 1 to 2 tbsp
  15. sugar 1 tsp
  16. salt to taste
  17. oil for frying


  1. Wash the chicken, cut it into small bite size pieces.
  2. Add chopped ginger and garlic, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and salt as per taste. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes. Add corn flour, maida, salt to taste and 1 egg. Mix all properly.
  3. Take oil in pan and as soon as the oil become hot add in the chicken pieces and fry properly. It will take only 5 minutes to cook them.
  4. In an another pan put very little oil, chopped ginger, garlic and chillies in it. Stir properly and add all the vegetables except spring onions. Stir all and mix on a high flame. Add salt and make sure the vegetables are crispy. Transfer these vegetables in a bowl, keep aside.
  5. In a pan add corn flour, 2 cups water in it and mix. Add in all the sauce as per your taste followed by sugar. Let it boil, wait for 2 minutes and let it cook. You will get glossy sauce.
  6. Add in the fried chicken and stir fry veg. Stir in all together on a high flame for 2-3 minutes
  7. Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
