For tart ---- Take a bowl add all purpose flour add chilled butter cubes ,sugar and pinch of salt and mix with finger .add milk and assamble all mixture . Cover with a plastic sheet and keep it into refrigerator for 30mintues
Remove the dough from refrigerator and Roll the dough with roller pin .
Place the rolled dough over the tart and lock the bottom with dough and again keep it refrigerator for 15mintues .
Meanwhile we prepare white sauce
Heat a pan add butter and melt it add all purpose flour cook for 2to3mintues and add milk stir well there is no lumps remain . Add black pepper and salt and remove from stove
Remove the mould from refrigerator mark with fork
Take a bowl add redkidney beans and place it on the tart mould so that it acquire the shape of tart
And bake it for 15mintues at 180degree temperature for 15mintues into a preheated oven .
Till the time we will make the pasta
Take a pan heat it add water, pasta and 1spoon oil boil it till pasta become soft than strain
Take a pan heat it add 1spoon oil . Add garlic cook it for 1mintue now add chopped onion cook it add fine chopped spinach and cook add all spices and mix well .
Add white sauce and pasta
Tart is ready . Place pasta into the tart and spred olive and jalpinos and again bake for 10mintues
