Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients to make Paneer Bhurji

  • paneer - 1/2 kg
  • tomatoes chopped- 6
  • onions chopped - 2
  • Sabut jeera - 1 tsp
  • green chillies - 2 no.s
  • (chopped)..
  • salt to taste
  • Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
  • turmeric powder - a
  • large pinch..
  • Refined oil- 1 tbsp

How to make Paneer Bhurji

  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Add Jeera sabut ,
  3. chopped onions..
  4. Saute till pinkish in
  5. color...
  6. Add tomatoes n cook
  7. for 5 minutes..
  8. Now add the masalas
  9. n green chillies..
  10. Cook on slow flame
  11. till the sides leave oil.
  12. Now add the crumbl
  13. ed paneer...
  14. Mix gently n cook on
  15. slow flame till sides
  16. leave oil..
  17. Adjust salt and spices
  18. Switch of the gas n
  19. cover the wok with
  20. the lid..
  21. After 10 minutes
  22. serve hot with
  23. phulkas or enjoy with
  24. Pav/ bread..

My Tip:

Use fresh paneer for making this dish..
