Cauliflower crispy

Ingredients to make Cauliflower crispy

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 3 tablespoons gobi manchurian powder
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Cauliflower crispy

  1. Break cauliflower into bite size florets & par boil them in water with salt for 10 min
  2. Meanwhile,mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Strain the cauliflower into a bowl & add the dry ingredients to it.Mix it.
  4. Heat oil & fry them till golden brown.
  5. Serve with hot tea.

My Tip:

Add salt very little cause the gobi masala has salt added in it.
