This is an instant pickle that can be made in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  2. Salt,redchillipowder, mustardseed powder mixture 1/4 cup
  3. Lemon juice per taste
  4. Gingelly oil 5teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add cauliflower pieces
  2. Next add salt,red chilli powder ,mustard seeds powder, gingelly oil.
  3. Mix well,finally add lemon juice
  4. Serve it in hot rice,very yummy pickle is ready .
  5. Note: it should be freshly prepared,if you want to store it for a week then use hing [asafoetida] powder and use a pinch of citric acid instead of lemon and temper it
