ABOUT Red chilli dip RECIPE

This dip is spicy but you will love it on pizza,pasta for its extra chilli flavour.It is made up of whole dry red chillies with some more spices and diped in oil/olive oil..

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Red chilli dry 100 gm
  2. Cashew nuts-12 pcs.
  3. Black pepper crushed -1/2 tsp
  4. Oregano 1 tsp
  5. Vinegar 3/4 cup/(70-80 ml)
  6. Oil/olive oil 1 cup
  7. Salt 1/4 tsp


  1. Arrange all ingredients.
  2. Make powder of cashews.
  3. Next grind red chillies.
  4. Grind like this in batches.
  5. Put this in glass jar.
  6. Add crushed black pepper to it.
  7. Add oregano to it,you can add dry basil too (optional).
  8. Then powdered cashews.
  9. Mix them well.
  10. Like this.
  11. Now add salt to it.don't add too much.
  12. Next oil.
  13. Mix it.
  14. Add vinegar to it.
  15. Mix all well..
  16. Add extra oil to it. This should always be dipped in oil.now keep it for 4-5 days for maturation...for better taste.
  17. Ready in few days can have instant too.
