Ingredients to make Chunky soya salad

  • 1 cup Nutrela mini soya chunks
  • 1 med Chopped carrot (1/2inch pcs)
  • 6 mushrooms chopped (optional )
  • Bell peppers chopped
  • 50 gms paneer
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels boiled
  • For dressing :
  • 1 tsbp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tsp Dried Basil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper pwdr
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Black oilves super finley choped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

How to make Chunky soya salad

  1. Boil the nutrela nuggets drain rinse with fresh water and press, drain the water from it and keep it aside.
  2. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients for dressing.
  3. Now take a microwavable vessel add the soya veggies and micro for 2 mins.
  4. After that add in the panner and the dressing and toss well, again micro it for 1 min.
  5. Your nutritious salad is ready.
