Ingredients: for ice cream; 400ml condensed milk; 2 cups heavy whipping cream; 100 gm chocalate compound; 70 gm nutella; pinch of salt; for brownie; brownie mix with ratio; brownie mix 1000gm; water 300gm; oil 150gm

it’s a creamy rich ice cream made of chocalate and Nutella served with brownie

Ingredients Serving: 8

for ice cream
400ml condensed milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
100 gm chocalate compound
70 gm nutella
pinch of salt
for brownie
brownie mix with ratio
brownie mix 1000gm
water 300gm
oil 150gm

Instructions

for brownie take a bowl and mix brownie mix water and fold it and lastly add essence and oil and fold gently. don’t fold too much
transfer batter into flat tray and pop into preheated oven for 30 mins at 180degree Celsius(time can vary according to your oven settings)
For icecream take a chilled bowl and add 2 cups heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks.
take another bowl add condensed milk and add melted choc and nutella into it
now add whipping cream and fold it gently into condensed milk mixture
if u find it to sweet u can reduce amount of condensed milk to 350.
after mixing transfer into chilled container and pop it into fridge for atleast 6-8 hrs
serve with brownie some berries cherries and mint leaves
