Ingredients to make Sprouts and Corn Chat

  • moong dal sprouts - 1 cup
  • corn kernels - 1/2 cup
  • Alu bhujiya - 1/4 cup
  • Crunchy fried bread cubes - 1/4 cup
  • onion chopped - 1 medium
  • tomato chopped - 1
  • tomato /tamarind sauce. - 1/2 cup
  • Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Boiled potatoes medium - 1
  • Slices of bread - 2

How to make Sprouts and Corn Chat

  1. Cut the bread slices with round cookie cutter.
  2. Press the slices with the rolling pin like roti.
  3. Place a tawa and let it be hot enough.
  4. Then put the round bread slices on tawa n let it be dry roast on tawa on very low flame on both sides .
  5. The papdi will be ready in 5 min.
  6. Meanwhile add all the ingredients for chat and mix it well.
  7. Now place the bread papdi and put sauce all over it.
  8. Now put the chat made over it and finally some more sauce over it.
