ABOUT Sprouts and Corn Chat RECIPE

Moong dal sprouts along with corn and some crunchy bread cubes on a bread papdi gives a perfect yummy chat for chat lovers.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong Dal sprouts - 1 cup
  2. Corn kernels - 1/2 cup
  3. Alu bhujiya - 1/4 cup
  4. Crunchy fried bread cubes - 1/4 cup
  5. Onion chopped - 1 medium
  6. Tomato chopped - 1
  7. Tomato /tamarind sauce. - 1/2 cup
  8. Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
  9. Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  10. Boiled potatoes medium - 1
  11. Slices of bread - 2

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread slices with round cookie cutter.
  2. Press the slices with the rolling pin like roti.
  3. Place a tawa and let it be hot enough.
  4. Then put the round bread slices on tawa n let it be dry roast on tawa on very low flame on both sides .
  5. The papdi will be ready in 5 min.
  6. Meanwhile add all the ingredients for chat and mix it well.
  7. Now place the bread papdi and put sauce all over it.
  8. Now put the chat made over it and finally some more sauce over it.
  9. The sprouts and corn chat is ready to eat. So simple yet tasty.
