ABOUT Mixed sprout Chat RECIPE

This is a perfect and very healthy option for a filling breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Cup mixed Sprouts [green moong dal, matki, chawli and lobia or black eyes peas]
  2. 2 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped tomato
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. Salt
  6. 1 boiled potato
  7. 1/4 th tsp chat masala.
  8. Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  9. Coriander leaves [handful]

Instructions

  1. Mix all the sprouts in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, boiled potato.
  3. Add salt and chat masala.
  4. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves
