How to make Mixed Sprout Chaat
My Tip:It is advisable to soak the lentils overnight to obtain softer and tender sprouts. Keep adjusting the flame while frying the sprouts. You can also add in finely chopped green chillies if desired. Make sure to keep sprinkling water on the muslin cloth while it is in the fridge because if it becomes dry, sprouting won't take place properly.
