Its very healthy....protien rich food/ side dish.....made with mixed sprouts, onions, tomatoes and spices

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. mixed sprouts 200 gms
  2. water 3 cup
  3. oil 1.5 tsp
  4. garlic 7
  5. onion 1/2 cup
  6. green chilli 1 tsp
  7. tomato 1/2 cup
  8. coriander powder 1 tsp
  9. garam masala 1.5 tsp
  10. hing 1/2 tsp
  11. turmeric powder 1.5tsp
  12. grated coconut 1/4 cup
  13. coriander leaves
  14. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take 200 grm of mixed sprouts in a bowl...Then rinse the sprouts very well...
  2. Add the sprouts in the pressure cooker with 2 cups of water
  3. On a medium flame, cook the sprouts for 3 to 4 whistles...
  4. Heat 1.5 tsp of oil in a pan..add sliced garlic and saute for a minute on a low flame...
  5. Then add onion, tomato nd green chillies...
  6. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala , hing ..mix the spices very well with the onion tomato mixture on a low flame....
  7. Then add the boiled sprouts nd 1 cup water,salt as per taste....
  8. Add coriander leaves...Cover nd cook for a minute on a low flame...Remove the lid add 1/2 cup of fresh grated coconut nd mix well....
  9. Garnshing the onion.....and serve it
