Ingredients to make Sprouts Halwa(Sugar free)

  • 1 cup moong sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons dates
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 bowl milk
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • Pinch of saffron strands

How to make Sprouts Halwa(Sugar free)

  1. Firstly soaked the dates for 15 minutes.
  2. Then soaked the saffron in 2 tablespoons of milk.
  3. Then blanch the sprouts for 10 minutes.
  4. Now de-seed the dates and mashed it.
  5. Now put milk in pan and Boiled it.
  6. Then put dates in it and stir it.
  7. After thicken add sprouts and cardamom powder.
  8. When halwa get thicken add saffron milk mix it nicely and then add ghee.
  9. Saute the halwa nicely.
  10. Your healthy halwa is ready.
