Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups of curd
  2. 1 cup of jamun
  3. Sugar free


  1. Hang the fresh curd in a muslin cloth for about 4 hours.
  2. 2 cups of curd will give around 1 cup of hungcurd
  3. Meanwhile extract the pulp from the jamun. 1 cup of jamun will give around 1/2 cup of pulp.
  4. In a non stick pan , transfer the jamun pulp, let it cook for about 5 minutes. Stir continuously. Add sugar free as per the sweetness desired.
  5. The pulp turns little thicker.
  6. Once the hungcurd is ready and jamun pulp is cooled down ,mix both well together.
  7. Sugar free jamun shrikhand is ready
