Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 30 pitted dates
  2. 1/3 cup dry shaved coconut
  3. 1/4 cup almonds
  4. 1/4 cup cashews
  5. 1/4 cup raisins
  6. 2 tsp ghee
  7. 1/8 cup peanuts


  1. grind the dates in a mixer
  2. dry roast the almonds, coconut, cashews and peanuts.
  3. crush them until coarse
  4. in a non stick pan, add 1 tsp ghee and add the dates mix.
  5. let it cook for 4 minutes or so
  6. add the crushed nuts and raisins
  7. mix well. don't worry if they don't mix fully
  8. tip the mix on a plate. add 1 tsp ghee on top and set aside to cool until it is cool to touch
  9. grease palms with ghee and make small balls of the mix.
  10. you should work fast here and put some muscle as the mix can get hard
  11. serve and share. they lady well for 2 weeks or so in an airtight container
