Poha Burfi

Ingredients to make Poha Burfi

  • Flatten rice 2 cups
  • Pure ghee 2tbsp
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 1cup
  • Chop pista 5
  • Chop almonds 5
  • saffron soaked in 2 tsp milk
  • cardamom powder 1/4tsp
  • Pinewood essence 1/4tsp

How to make Poha Burfi

  1. Take a strainer add flatten rice washed in running water. Keep a side at 20 minutes.
  2. After 20 minutes then you see flatten rice is fluffy and double quantity.
  3. Take a nonstick pan add pure ghee,then ghee hot add flatten rice saute in 5 minutes.
  4. After 5 minutes add cardamom,sugar,milk and saffron milk then cook for 20 minutes .
  5. After 20 minutes then add pinewood essence mix well and dry form.
  6. Take a greased tray add flatten rice mixture flat and tap garnish almond and pista.
  7. Set in fridge for 10 minutes.
  8. After 10 minutes then cut in pcs and enjoy.

My Tip:

your taste accordingly add dry fruits.
