  • Whole dry red chilli 4-5
  • garlic java 3-4
  • mustard oil 1tsp
  • lemon juice 1tsp
  • salt as per your taste

How to make Dry whole red chilli bukni

  1. Firstly, dry the roast on the burner directly to the chilli, the flame gas will be quite low
  2. Now mash the roasted dry chilli with your hand
  3. Now add in this finally chopped garlic,mustard oil,lemon juice and salt
  4. Mix it well
  5. Now ready to serve with dish
