My moms recipe, this pickle goes very well with roti or rice !

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Bullet green chillies 250 gms
  2. Garlic 50 gms
  3. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tbsp
  6. Musturd oil 3 tbsp


  1. Wash bullet green peppers and pat dry. Then finely chop it.
  2. Spread chilles on cloth and keep in sunlight for 3 to 4 hours
  3. Peel garlic and wash properly. Then coarsely grind in a grinder.
  4. Now mix coarsly grind garlic with chopped green peppers.
  5. Again spread in cloth and keep in sunlight for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Add red chilly powder, turmeric and salt ,mix thoroughly.
  7. Now boil mustard oil in a pan ,pour over pickle and mix well.
  8. Transfer this pickle in sterilized jar ,and use as needed
