Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500 gram green chilli
  2. 200 gram mustard powdeer
  3. 2 spoon vinegar
  4. 2 spoon salt
  5. 3 spoon fennel seeds
  6. 2 spoon mustard oil


  1. Wash and wipe the chilies well and then spread on a towel for some time.
  2. Slit from the middle lengthwise from top to end part and take care not to cut into two parts.
  3. ● dry roast feenel seeds and let it cool
  4. Mix all ingredients except chillies in a bowl
  5. Stuff the prepared mixture into the chillies carefully so that chillies doesn't seprate
  6. Cover with a thin cloth and put in sunlight for 1 day
  7. Mix occasionally with a wooden spoon
  8. Pickle is ready to eat.
