Very easy ,tasty n healthy breakfast item,that i learnt from a food blog.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1) ragi powder/ finger millet powder_ one cup
  2. 2)sooji rava/ Bombay rava_ one cup
  3. 3)rice powder_ 3/4 cup
  4. 4) onion chopped_ one medium
  5. 5) jeera, green chillie chopped,_ one tbsp each
  6. 6) salt as required
  7. 7) water to dilute the batter_3to4 cups
  8. 8) curd_ 2 tbsp
  9. 9)oil_ to spread over dosa


  1. Take all three flours in a big vessel,add salt,curd , mix well,then add all chopped items ,water n make a dosa batter consistency.
  2. Keep the batter for 20 minutes atleast,heat a tawa,make the batter to a free flowing consistency adding water(v thin),pour one ladle batter on tawa,the batter runs very fast on the tawa as it is very thin,n forms big holes here n there, spread oil on the dosa n allow it to roast on medium flame till crisp..
  3. When it becomes Crisp,( no need of flipping) remove it n serve hot with any chutney or sambaarr.
