Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup 125 ml
  2. Water as required
  3. Oil for fry
  4. Few curry leaves chopped
  5. 2 Green chillies finely chopped
  6. 1 onion chopped
  7. 1 inch ginger grated
  8. 1 Cup Ragi Flour
  9. 1 cup Semolina
  10. 1/2 cup rice flour
  11. 1/2 cup curd
  12. 1/2 tsp cumin or cumin powder
  13. 1/2 tsp people powder
  14. 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  15. Pinch Hing

Instructions

  1. in a large mixing bowl add 1 cup ragi flour, 1 cup rava, ½ cup rice flour. ½ cup curd.
  2. adding curd is optional,it enhances the taste.
  3. and add onion,green chillies, few curry leaves,ginger,cumin, pepper,salt, pinch hing.
  4. add 1-2 cups water.mix well to form a lump free batter.
  5. Rest the batter for 20 mins. it's optional.
  6. add required water and prepare a flowing consistency batter like of rava dosa.else the dosa will not be crisp.
  7. heat the nonstick tawa. pour batter from the edges towards the center
  8. add 1 tsp of oil from the top.
  9. no need to roast on other side.if u prefer turn dosa other side & cook.
  10. Ragi Dosa is ready serve immediately.
  11. Ragi dosa is ready.
  12. you to stir the batter before pouring to dosa tawa.
  13. you can keep the remaining batter in fridge for next day usage.
  14. instead of water use buttermilk for more taste and flavor.
