ABOUT Twisty Sambhar Pazzta RECIPE

We indians are very good at turning international cuisines to our local cuisines to satisfy our taste buds. Made this delicious twisty sambhar pazzta using maggi pazzta, cheesy tomato twist. It turned out so delicious, creamy and completely mingled the added flavour of sambhar so beautifully. Do try this delicious south indian version of pasta.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 pack Maggi Pazzta, chessy tomato twist
  2. 1 cup chopped veggies of your choice( beans, catrots, cauliflower, capsicum,brinjal etc)
  3. 1 big onion , finely chopped
  4. 1-2 Green chillies
  5. 1/4 inch ginger, grated
  6. 1 sprig Curry leaf
  7. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp sambhar masala
  10. 1 tbsp scraped coconut( preferably fresh)
  11. 2 tbsp tamarind juice
  12. Salt to taste
  13. oil

Instructions

  1. BOIL MAGGI PAZZTA IN ENOUGH WATER TILL SOFT.
  2. DRAIN AND KEEP ASIDE.
  3. HEAT OIL IN A PAN.
  4. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES. LET THEM CRACKLE.
  5. ADD FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS, GRATED GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI.
  6. WHEN ONION GET LITTLE TRANSPARENT ADD VEGGIES OF YOUR CHOICE.
  7. ADD LITTLE TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT .
  8. COVER AND COOK FOR 2 MINS.
  9. NOW ADD 1 TSP SAMBHAR MASALA, CHOPPED TOMATOES AND 1 TBSP COCONUT( PREFERABLY FRESH)
  10. FRY TILL TOMATOES GET SOFT.
  11. MIX MAGGI PAZZTA TASTEMAKER IN 1/2 CUP WATER AND MIX WELL.
  12. NOW ADD IT TO PAN FOLLOWED BY TAMARIND JUICE.
  13. LET IT COME TO A BOIL AND ADD BOILED PASTA. SIMMER FOR 4-5 MINS AND DONE.
