Ingredients to make Aloo ki Tikki

  • 4 big boiled potatoes
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 / 2 tsp chat masala powder
  • 1tbsp oil

How to make Aloo ki Tikki

  1. In a bowl add the boiled potatoes, mash it nicely.
  2. Then add salt, green chillies chopped, coriander chopped, chat masala powder, garam masala powder, besan, salt and mix well.
  3. Then heat the tawa spread oil, then take the potatoes mixture give a shape of a tikki and shallow fry it.

My Tip:

You can add carrots, oats if you wish to. You can also deep fry the tikkis.
