My this recipe is tangy due to tomatoes and crunchy .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One bunch spring onions
  2. 3 nos medium tomatoes
  3. 3 to 4 tbsp of crushed roasted peanuts
  4. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  5. 1 tsp tumeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp whole jeera
  7. Salt to taste


  1. Wash and cut only the greens of the spring onions. Cut 1 inch in size.
  2. Blanch the tomatoes and remove the skin.
  3. Grate the tomatoes or grind it.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and tomato puree.
  5. Cook till the raw smell of the tomatoes is no more. Add chilli powder and salt.
  6. Now add the greens of the spring onions. Sauté for sometime. Now add peanut powder.
  7. Cook for 5 mins and serve hot with rotis.
