  1. For bread buns::
  2. Purpose flore 150gms
  3. Dri yeast 20gms
  4. Baking soda 10gms
  5. Sugar 3tsp
  6. Butter 40gms
  7. Salt 1tsp
  8. Poppy seeds 1tsp
  9. Sesamon black seeds half tsp
  10. Preztel boiling sollution::
  11. Water 1/2 ltr
  12. Baking soda 1tsp
  13. Salt half tsp
  14. For kootu :::
  15. Medium ripe tomato pieces 3
  16. Moong dal 1 cup
  17. Green chilli 4
  18. Coriander leaves half cup
  19. Salt 1tsp
  20. Hing pinch
  21. Dri red chillies 3
  22. Coconut pieces half cup
  23. Tadaka ...2tsp oil
  24. Mustard seeda 1tsp
  25. Curry leaves half cup

Instructions

  1. For pretzel buns::take a bowl put yeast as luke water
  2. Leave 5 min
  3. Then take a bowl put all ingrediente add yeast soaked water
  4. Mix well all those cover with a as wrapped
  5. Leave 3 hours
  6. After take out massage it again keep a bowl again wrap it for half an hour
  7. Take a doe make it parts
  8. Mean while heat the boiling sollution
  9. Take pretzel buns leave into solution watet
  10. For 2 min ..then take into dri cloth
  11. Dress up with Poppy seeds and sesamon
  12. Preheat the oven set temperature as 270 degree at 15 min
  13. Check it the buns are at ready
  14. For kootu:::take a pressure cooker put tomato pieces,chilli,coriander,dall on it
  15. Wait for 3 vissles
  16. Open up smash it ...add salt ,chilli powder cook on 2 min
  17. Tadaka ,,add it
