Paratha stuffed with Tomato,onion and green chilly.An healthy breakfast item.Cheese can also be added for kids .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1/4 tsp pepper
  4. Water as required
  5. Olive oil for frying
  6. 1 medium size tomato chopped
  7. 1 medium size onion chopped
  8. 1 green chilly chopped
  9. Butter cubes,onion and green chilly for garnishing.


  1. Take whole wheat flour in a large bowl,add salt,2 tsp olive oil.Make the dough with slowly mixing the water.Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  2. For the stuffing,chopp onions,tomatoes and green chillies.Take a bowl,add tomatoes,onions ,green chillies.Add 1/4 tsp salt,pinch of pepper and mix well with the onions ,tomatoes and chillies.
  3. Take a small amount of dough and roll it with a rolling pin to form a small circle.Put the stuffing in the middle of dough .
  4. Close the sides of the dough and bring it to center.
  5. Press the joined edges downward and put some flour and roll it to a 6-7 inches diameter round paratha.
  6. Take a flat pan and heat it.Put the Paratha and put some oil .After 1 min,flip it over and fry the other side.When brown spot appears ,means it is done.Switch of the stove,serve paratha with butter,onion and green chilly.
