Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 1 kg tomato
  2. 100gm imli
  3. 15 red chili
  4. 10 green chillies
  5. Salt as per your taste
  6. 1 tea spoon methi seeds
  7. 1 tea spoon mustard seeds
  8. oil

Instructions

  1. Remove the cover of the tomato
  2. Cut into two piece and put in cooker
  3. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes
  4. Give 2-3 whistle
  5. Remove the head of red and green chilli
  6. Take mixer put the boiled and cooked Tomato add red and green chillies add imli into it
  7. Grind into paste
  8. In other pan take mustard seeds and Fenugreek seeds and saute little
  9. Grind into powder form
  10. Take kadai add oil put hing mustard seeds and add paste of of tomatoes
  11. Add grinded powder and salt
  12. Mix it well and let oil leave the sides
  13. Chutney ready
