So tasty, no one can make out that its made up of red chillies

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Fresh red chillies. ....250 gramms
  2. Ginger....a big piece
  3. Garlic 10 to 15 pods
  4. Mustard oil....1 table spoon
  5. Salt....1 table spoon or to taste
  6. Brown or white sugar....1/2 cup or to taste
  7. Vinegar....white....1/2 cup


  1. Wash and pat dry all the red chillies
  2. Chop all the red chillies and grind these with vinegar into very fine paste
  3. Grind ginger and garlic into a fine paste
  4. Now in a woke put mustard oil and heat it to smoking point, switch off the gas and let the oil little cool down
  5. Again Switch on the gas and put ginger garlic paste and saute it to little brown colour
  6. Now add red chilly paste and salt and cook it for 5 minutes
  7. Add sugar
  8. Cook till the required consistency
  9. Let it cool down and then store in a glass bottle
