Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Achar wali red chilly - 250 gms
  2. Garlic - 250 gms
  3. Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
  4. Mustard oil - 1 cup
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut red chilly properly .
  2. .Blend the red chilly and garlic clove to make a fine paste.
  3. Heat mustard oil in a pan .
  4. .Add fenugreek seeds and add chilly and garlic paste.
  5. Add red chilly and turmeric powder and mix well.
  6. Cook on low flame for half an hour.
  7. Add lemon juice.
  8. Serve with chapatis
