Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 katori/bowl of desi chana {boiled}
  2. 2 onions, chopped
  3. 4 green chillis, chopped
  4. Lemon juice of 2 lemons
  5. Oil 2 tsp
  6. A handful of coriander leaves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  11. Chaat masala 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the chana till they become soft.
  2. In a pan, add oil to heat, then add the green chilli, followed by all the spices and salt. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn off the gas and add the lemon juice.
  4. Add the chopped onion and coriander leaves before serving.
