Ingredients to make Samak Uttapam & Sukha Arbi

  • Samak rice...2cup
  • cumin powder...2tspn
  • red chilli...powder...1tspn
  • turmeric powder...1tspn
  • Green chilli...2
  • curry leaves...5
  • coriander leaves
  • Boiled arbi...1bowl
  • Boiled potato...1bowl
  • Grated carrot...1cup
  • salt
  • butter or ghee

How to make Samak Uttapam & Sukha Arbi

  1. HEAT 1TSPN GHEE & ADD 1TSPN PANCH FORON SEEDS.
  2. ADD CURRY LEAVES,GREEN CHILLI & LET IT CRACKLE.AFTER FEW MINS ,ADD BOILED ARBI,POTATO & ALL SPICES.
  3. IT WILL TAKE 5 MINS TO COOK.ADD CORIANDER LEAVES,1TSPN GHEE & SWITCH OFF THE FLAME.
  4. FOR UTTAPAM, TAKE SOAKED SAMAK RICE & SALT IN A BLENDING JAR
  5. MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE OF IT.
  6. ADD CUMIN POWDER
  7. BRUSH BUTTER OR GHEE,POUR 1TSPN BATTER & SPREAD GRATED CARROT & CORIANDER LEAVES OVER IT.
  8. FRY BOTH THE SIDES WELL
