This Semolina Malpua is Very Tasty n Yummy n u can Serve it as a Dessert in Any Party or Function.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Semolina / Suji
  2. Warm Milk As Per Require
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1 Cup water
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  7. 2 to 3 Saffron Strands
  8. 1 tbsp Shredded Almond Picese

Instructions

  1. First griended Semolina into Mixer in Smooth Powder.
  2. Then poured warm Milk & Pinch of Salt into Semolina Mixture mixed thoroughly & made smooth Batter.
  3. Put Vessal on Gas Poured 1 cup Sugar & 1 cup Water & made thick & sticky consistency Syrup ( Not 1 String or 2 String it just a Sticky thickh consistancy)
  4. Added Cardamom Powder & Lilttle Saffron Strands into Syrup & mixed well.
  5. Put kadhai on Gas & Poured Oil into it & Heated it up.
  6. Then took little Semolina Batter into Small Cup & Poured into Hot Oil n deep fried the Malpuas from both sides.
  7. Then put fried Malpuas into Sugar Syrup deeped it for 10 Minutes.
  8. Then put Hot Malpuas into Serving Dish & Garnished it with Shredded Almond Pieces.
  9. "Hot Semolina / Suji / Rava Malpua" is Ready to Eat.
