Make cake with this seasonal , king of fruits Mango flavored ,semolina cake most delectable cake. The recipe is by -Kaveri Obhan

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fine semolina/suji /rava. -1cup
  2. Mango pulp. -1cup
  3. Flavourless oil 1/4 cup
  4. Sugar -3/4cup
  5. Baking powder -1tsp
  6. Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
  7. Chopped nuts , pistachios -1/2cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degree celsius.
  2. Mix semolina ,sugar cardamom ,baking powder
  3. Add oil and mix it well
  4. Add mango pulp and rest for 15 minutes
  5. Pour the batter in greased loaf pan
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes till toothpick comes out clear
  7. Allow to cool it completely then cut into desired shapes
